Solstice by P.J. Hoover (Review)
I liked this book very much, it has an extremely interesting plot, intense characters, and unique settings. It is very captivating and attention grabbing with its relevance in this time by drawing attention to global warming, and missed it with a currently popular subject: Mythology. When I was beginning the book, I was very skeptical about how P.J was going to mix apocalypse, romance, and mythology. It did not seem like it was going to work, I was expecting a crap novel. Pleasantly enough, I found out that I was wrong. I very much enjoyed this novel. The book is not extremely deep, but it could definitely be a fun summer read. I give this four stars out of five.
